the LILAC project has achieved so far:
SGAS: a
multilingual platform that manages job profiles, monitoring employees
skills, knowledge and related competencies of relevance to the company
operating in the furniture industry.
The SGAS platform is a web-based system that:
- Manages job profiles and related competencies of relevance to the
furniture industry
- Allows to periodically perform competence assessments and skill
gaps analysis
- Allows to share corporate knowledge and information organised catalogued
according to those competencies
The
platform is available in all the consortium languages (English,
French, Italian and Spanish)
