The LILAC project
followed the pathway described below:
1. Identification of target audience’s learning needs and
topics for training
2. Analysis of the target population in order to define job profiles
involved in the business and related competencies
3. Analysis of the job profiles to identify crucial knowledge and
competencies
4. Design and implementation of training
modules translated in 4 languages (IT, EN, FR, ES)
5. Adaptation, translation and setup of the pre-existing SGAS
platform interface and integration of the Job profiles / competences
translated in 4 languages (IT, EN, FR, ES)
6. Pilot test in a real life situatuion the whole system (platform,
competency structure, e-learning modules) in the 4 project countries
7. Disseminate the results in the 4 countries.

The SGAS platform was adapted and set up to the identified Job Profiles
and Training Requirements.

and Competency maintenance in the Furniture Industry.

WP5. PILOT TEST
The LILAC Infrastructure was tested by about 70 end users in 20 business
companies in the Furniture industry spanning all over the 4 member
countries.

WP6. DISSEMINATION
The LILAC Project results have been disseminated in the 4 countries
using a variety of means.

OF THE RESULTS
At the moment (end of 2010) we are exploring the ways to bring the
project results to the market and looking for a commercial agreement
among the partners to organize the promotion and the distribution
of the results in the 4 countries taking into account the IPR levels
of each member organization.
