WELCOME TO THE LILAC PROJECT WEBSITE

LILAC is a EU funded project aiming at developing and pilot testing a state-of-the-art Performance Support Tool to assist the delivery of training in all contexts, particularly supporting individuals undertaking self-directed learning, by helping them to identify their skills gaps and consequently pointing them to the most appropriate learning and knowledge resources to close those gaps.
